Welcome to our online catering page. If you are a first-time customer, please register to access the menu and begin your order. Below you will find important information regarding fees for additional services. The online menu contains our most popular items and is only a sampling of what we can offer. For all your VIP needs and special requests, please contact us directly so we can tailor a service to suit your event.

At least a one week notice is recommended. In order to adequately serve you, a 48 hour notice is required.

We realize there are times when meetings arise at the last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate your needs at that time. We reserve the right to recommend the food we are able to prepare for you upon short notice.

Advance notice is required for Special Events that may require additional resources and planning.

After hours events that require staff overtime will be added to the catering invoice if service is required after 3:00 pm or if service is required on weekends. Any customer requesting this service will be notified immediately of the additional charges to allow for the opportunity to reschedule the event.

Wait staff charges will be added to the catering invoice when the event requires plated service or any other requirement of a wait staff. Any customer that requests this service will be notified immediately that additional charges will be incurred to allow the opportunity to change the service level. These charges will be on the invoice.

China Service and Linen Rental requests are available for additional charges and will be added to the invoice.

Catering prices: Prices as listed on the catering website, are for buffet service only. Plated service will incur an additional cost. All pricing and menus are subject to change.

Cancellation Fees: Any order cancelled within 24 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the invoice total. Any order cancelled in the between 24-48 hours preceding the event will be charged 25% of the total invoice.

Payments: We accept all major credit cards, check, or Schwab cost center. Please note that cost centers may take up to 90 days to process through the full Schwab accounting system.

Building 8040 Catering Events require a larger delivery window of at least 30 minutes, due to the transportation required to get the items across the street.
